If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 60 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Initiated within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received an item that is defective or not as described, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

Exchange Requests

Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to accommodate such requests within the 60-day window, subject to stock availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
